YOUR CHALLENGE Provide guidance on the Policy Management Framework and Internal Control Framework as well as the Policy Management and Internal Control tools to stakeholders in Switzerland and in international locations for the implementation of relevant local policies and controls and the reporting of control results Consolidate input from international locations regarding Global Minimum Standards (GMS) and Global Minimum Control (GMC) applicability, implementation, and results for presentation to relevant committees, key stakeholders, Risk Type Owners, and Senior Management Drive regular policy and control-related processes (e.g., policy reviews, GMC reviews) Support the maintenance and enhancement of the policy management and internal control system (including drafting business…
