Vous secondez la responsable administrative et financière (RAF) du D-MA dans l'exercice de ses fonctions et collaborez activement à la gestion efficace du département et des services en apportant votre expertise financière et administrative. Sur délégation, vous remplacez la RAF en cas d’absence et exercez ses compétences et signatures. Vous pilotez et dirigez de manière autonome un ou plusieurs processus financiers et administratifs relevant du domaine de compétences du RAF et, notamment, le contrôle de gestion départemental (reporting, budget, etc.). Vous participez à des commissions ou à des groupes de projets institutionnels. Vous exploitez des indicateurs d'activité, de gestion et d'efficience et établissez des prévisions tout en proposant des mesures d'optimisation.…
