Assist colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment W ork closely with members of the various teams within the Finance Department. File accounting documents on a daily basis according to the procedures established by your supervisor and in compliance with legal requirements. Prepare and, when necessary, record accounting information (invoices, credit notes) using the computer programs provided (Excel, Mirus). Be responsible for contract documentation. Be responsible for correspondence, follow-up, and the proper functioning of payable accounting. Follow all applicable procedures. Implement any new procedures immediately upon request from your supervisor.…
