Als Stellvertretende/r Direktor/in übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Führungsfunktion innerhalb der Privatklinik und tragen gemeinsam mit der Direktion die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Weiterentwicklung des Betriebs. Sie gestalten die operative Führung aktiv mit und stellen eine qualitativ hochwertige, wirtschaftliche und patientenorientierte Leistungserbringung sicher. Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören: Operative Führung ausgewählter klinischer und nichtklinischer Bereiche. Übernahme der Stellvertretung der Direktorin in strategischen, organisatorischen und operativen Fragestellungen. Verantwortung für die finanzielle Steuerung und Performance der Ihnen zugeordneten Bereiche inklusive Budgetplanung, Forecasting und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen.…
