Als Key Account Manager bei IAZI bist du verantwortlich für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung strategischer Kundenbeziehungen über verschiedene IAZI-Geschäftsbereiche hinweg. Dein übergeordnetes Ziel ist es, die Kundenzufriedenheit, Kundenbindung und das Umsatzwachstum nachhaltig zu steigern. Deine Verantwortung Du baust langfristige, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu wichtigen Ansprechpartnern auf Kundenseite auf und pflegst diese aktiv. Du stellst eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicher und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für deine Kunden. Du erreichst ambitionierte Umsatzziele durch gezieltes Upselling und Cross-Selling unserer Lösungen. Du sorgst dafür, dass vertragliche Vereinbarungen eingehalten werden.…
