The CRM team mission The team mission is to develop &, maintain Swissquote's CRM and integrate it with our internal IT & software development solutions. Microsoft based solution was chosen; Dynamics 365 being the latest version live offering the Sales & Marketing (Customer insights) modules. The team will also soon collaborate with the customer care department by offering a similar Dynamics 365 experience based on in-house developed solutions replicating MS Dynamics - Customer Service - capabilites. About the Role We are looking for a Product Engineer who combines strong software engineering skills with a product mindset to build AI-powered solutions for our customers and employees.
