Tasks and Responsibilities Monitor the performance of the company's desktop infrastructure and make suggestions for improving efficiency Act as the main point of contact for employees who are experiencing computer issues Ongoing maintenance and future planning needs of the company's desktop infrastructure Complex IT support tasks for our customer both onsite and remote maintenance (PC, laptop and peripherals) Regular front desk assignments for direct support in case of inquiries and problems of our customer Managing the inventory system (purchasing, goods receipt, maintenance and proper disposal) Carrying out simple installations in the infrastructure area (in particular network cabling) Setting up and providing the IT infrastructure for new employees Coordinate and plan PC installations,…
