For the expansion of our team, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Industrialization Design Engineer to join the Business Unit Electrical Safety Solutions (ESS). The successful candidate will support product industrialization from development through serial production while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across multiple production sites worldwide. Key responsibilities: Perform mechanical design and industrialization activities supporting products throughout their complete lifecycle. Support prototype manufacturing, industrial validation, production ramp-up and serial production. Provide hands-on technical support to production teams and participate actively in solving manufacturing issues.…
