For the expansion of our team, we are seeking to hire in Geneva a dynamic and motivated Power Electronics R&D Engineer. Main tasks: Investigate emerging power electronics technologies for railway, DC microgrid, industrial, energy, and advanced electrification applications. Support feasibility studies, proof-of-concept developments, and innovation projects. Develop simulation models and test methodologies. Identify opportunities for performance improvements and cost optimization. Contribute to intellectual property generation and technology roadmaps. Support Business Development in identifying new applications for fast-switching circuit breakers and defining the corresponding product requirements. Define and evaluate power semiconductor devices and converter topologies.…
