Service Team Leader __ In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance to internal and external customers and ensure timely and cost-effective support in accordance with guidelines. Each day, you will contribute to customer satisfaction by executing support work according to customer expectations. You will also showcase your skill in customer service by ensuring customer retention through delivering high-quality customer experience. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly responsible for: Providing hardware support for ABB UPS (Uninterruptible Power Source) and PCS (Power Conditioning) products via our ticketing system, phone, or email, including supporting partners and subsidiaries through the 24/7 Diagnostic Centre rotation.…
