The Mission You'll own features in their entirety. Self-standing or with guidance of founders and fellow engineers, you turn a clear problem statement into a strong design and build, test, and ship new features that directly enable our customers. You integrate features across our layered stack, from the API to the data plane, and carry them all the way to production. This job is in person in Zurich, or remote in Barcelona or Berlin. Your responsibilities Ship features end-to-end: Deliver complete vertical slices across the stack, from the API layer to the data model, carried through to running in production. Grow what the platform does for banks: Build the services Porters performs for banks: Extend the capabilities of our agentic platform such as case handling, customer matching, AI tool…
