We are seeking to hire in Geneva a dynamic and motivated Mechanical R&D Engineer. Main tasks: Design standardized safety-critical electro-mechanical products, including upgrades and adaptations to meet specific customer requirements. Identify and develop optimized solutions aligned with current technologies across the entire product lifecycle. Contribute to technical decisions regarding specifications and characteristics of standard and customized products. Apply Design-to-Cost and Design-for-Manufacturing principles. Use advanced engineering tools and software to optimize product development. Support validation activities: participate in prototype assembly, testing and compliance verification. Collaborate with Methods and Production to improve product quality and industrial performance.
