Unsere Reporting-Landschaft braucht keine Verwalter:innen. Sie braucht Menschen, die Bestehendes hinterfragen, Vereinfachung vorantreiben und neue Wege gehen. Während deiner befristeten Tätigkeit gestaltest du den nächsten Entwicklungsschritt von People Analytics bei Allianz Suisse aktiv mit. Du analysierst bestehende Reports und Prozesse, reduzierst Komplexität, automatisierst manuelle Arbeitsschritte und entwickelst moderne, AI-gestützte Lösungen für datenbasierte Entscheidungen. Dabei arbeitest du in einem Umfeld mit grossem Gestaltungsspielraum und sichtbarem Einfluss auf die Weiterentwicklung unserer People-&-Culture-Landschaft. Moderne Tools sind vorhanden, Datenquellen müssen sinnvoll erschlossen und bestehende Prozesse neu gedacht werden.…
