Role Overview As Data, Oversight & Transformation Lead, you will drive BRM's data and transformation agenda, building the reporting infrastructure and dashboards that give management a complete, real-time view of the department's activity, and turning that data into insight that feeds strategic decision-making. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Risk Management, you will work closely with operational teams to structure and validate the data BRM generates, and with Swissquote's technical teams on strategic projects, including related workflow and automation initiatives.
