HR Operations Support Analyst - Maternity Cover

What you’ll do First point of contact for new hires, coordination with offshore team in Budapest, review and distribution of contract documents, tracking return and completion of documentation, coordinating pre-employment screening, coordination with internal departments, writing welcome letters, processing all new hire documents (payroll, social security registration, criminal check, etc.) Handle all administrative tasks for health, accident and long-term sickness, liaise with the insurances, unpaid/ sabbatical leave and the coordination of work certificates (supported by the offshore team in Hungary): check documents in English, German and French, liaise between managers/ employees/ Hungary team/ HR, report preparations (overtime financials, vacation accruals, different headcount reports…
