Purpose der Rolle Verantwortung für die strategische und operative Steuerung des Data Tribes mit Fokus auf nachhaltige, skalierbare und wirtschaftliche Lösungen sowie Transformation der DWH-Landschaft in Richtung Target Plattform Was du tust Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Tribe Vision und Roadmap in Abstimmung mit Business Lead, Stakeholdern und Service Owner. Verantwortung für Tribe Backlog (Definition, Priorisierung und Steuerung der Features). Steuerung der Delivery über mehrere Squads und Sicherstellung von Qualität und KPI-Erreichung. Führung und Coaching der Product Owner sowie Förderung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Tribes. Verantwortung für Tribe Budget (Run & Change, Infrastruktur, Lizenzen). Sicherstellung stabiler RUN-Services und Weiterentwicklung der Systeme.…
