Own business processes across the trade lifecycle and ensure products function correctly front to back Support the business day-to-day in assessing needs, identifying process gaps, and defining improvements Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of new products: requirements, impact assessment across functions and systems, functional design, and readiness Plan and execute testing and UAT for new products, process changes, and system releases Drive continuous improvement of processes across the lifecycle, including where the system shapes or constrains the process Act as the interface between business stakeholders and IT, Data Teams & ETRM Operations, translating requirements into deliverable change Maintain process documentation and ensure operational knowledge is captured and transferab…
