About the Job A Tribe Lead is responsible for providing attractive and sustainable products (applications & systems) that exceed customer needs throughout the entire lifecycle. The Tribe Lead develops the Tribe vision and the functional Tribe roadmap together with the Tribe Team and the Product Owners, steers and guides the Product Owners so that the Tribe goals are achieved, and is overall accountable — including for the financial aspects of the Tribe. As Tribe Lead Customer & Distribution, you own the platform behind Allianz Suisse's sales, distribution and customer engagement across both Non-Life and Life — from lead generation and quote & buy to broker and partner integration, campaign management and customer service.…
