Für die Unterstützung eines Teams im Rahmen des IMW Rollouts suchen wir eine erfahrene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit technischem Verständnis und Erfahrung im Workplace Support. Aufgaben: 2nd Level Support für den IMW-Arbeitsplatz Bearbeitung und Betreuung von Support-Tickets Unterstützung während des Rollouts, unter anderem im Rahmen einer verlängerten IT Lounge Schnittstelle zum Engineering im Bereich KVP Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit dem ServiceDesk Lifecycle- und Rolloutmanagement Planung Kommunikation Beauftragung Schnittstelle zu Computa Center Aktive Kommunikation und Koordination mit den relevanten Stakeholdern
