Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen erfahrenen AI Engineer / Conversational AI Consultant zur Weiterentwicklung eines LLM-basierten Multi-Agent-Chatbots im Vorsorgebereich. Die Lösung basiert auf dem Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) und der Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Weiterentwicklung eines bestehenden Prototyps zu einem produktionsreifen Agenten für den Abruf nutzerspezifischer Dokumente. Integration einer Dokumenten-API bzw. eines ECM-Systems sowie Einbindung individueller Links zu Reglementen, Vorsorgeplänen und pensionskassenspezifischen Seiten. Umsetzung der Geschäftslogik anhand der fachlichen Dokumentation. Entwicklung eines Portal Referral Agent, der Nutzerinnen und Nutzer gezielt zu passenden Funktionen und Inhalten im Vorsorgeportal führt.…
