Werde Teil unseres engagierten Customer Care Teams mit über 30 Mitarbeitenden in unserem modernen Customer Care Center in Dübendorf. Als Client Service Representative bist du die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden und trägst zu einem erstklassigen Kundenerlebnis im digitalen Banking bei. Mit einem umfassenden Onboarding und gezielten Schulungen bereiten wir dich optimal auf deine Aufgaben vor, ganz unabhängig davon, ob du bereits Erfahrung im Bankwesen oder im Kundenservice mitbringst. Zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben gehören: Telefonische Kundenbetreuung, insbesondere zu Kontoeröffnungen und -schliessungen, Karten- und Zahlungsaufträgen sowie weiteren operativen Themen – inklusive vollständiger Dokumentation.…
