IN SHORT As an Account Manager (100%) in Zurich, you become the trusted host for a portfolio of clients: the person who makes sure their FELFEL experience keeps getting better, from their very first weeks with us all the way to renewal. You'll build real relationships, spot what each client needs before they ask, and turn happy customers into long-term partners. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Own and manage a large portfolio of clients from post trial engagement to renewal.
