Le service d’audit interne est rattaché hiérarchiquement au Président du conseil d’administration de l’ IMAD et fonctionnellement au Président du comité d’audit. Le service d’audit interne intervient dans l’ensemble des domaines d’activité, couvrant les directions opérationnelles, les fonctions de support ainsi que les processus de gestion et de gouvernance. Sous la supervision du Directeur de l’audit interne, l’auditeur interne réalise de manière autonome les activités d’audit, de conformité, de traitement des alertes, de révision ou autres mandats confiés par d’autres instances de contrôle conformément aux prescriptions légales, réglementaires, aux normes professionnelles et autres directives institutionnelles.…
