Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible. The Senior Plastics Engineer, based at our Solna site, will be part of the Supplier Development Engineering organization. This role involves close collaboration with injection molding and tooling suppliers, as well as internal teams including engineering, quality, and supply chain. The primary focus is on introducing new molds, sustaining production molds, troubleshooting issues, and driving supplier performance improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in injection molding (preferably tooling) and the interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions, combined with business acumen to understand the financial impact of improvement initiatives.…
