Your Role As a Development Engineer, you will drive innovation and optimization of refrigeration circuits in our next-generation heat pump systems. From concept through validation, you will ensure that system performance meets customer expectations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers in an international, agile environment. Your Responsibilities You design and select refrigeration components based on system requirements. You collaborate with suppliers to adapt components to our needs. You take ownership of system performance KPIs. You develop and execute test plans to verify system targets. You perform simulations to iterate designs and solve technical challenges. You work on new concepts and support patent applications.…
