Improve development workflows, build systems, testing, and software delivery processes. Work with monorepos and implement robust CI-for-CI practices. Develop automated testing solutions to ensure reliable and controlled delivery of CI infrastructure changes. Identify technical bottlenecks and implement scalable, practical solutions. Challenge existing approaches and collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement. 🎯 Required Skills & Experience Excellent Python development skills. Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD systems and pipelines. Good understanding of Developer Experience (DevEx) and software development best practices. Experience working with monorepos. Knowledge of CI-for-CI concepts and automated testing. Understanding of automotive systems and automotive software development. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
