Our role is to manage financial accounting and manage group procurement and third-party suppliers and contracts. Our team is also managing analysis and performance of Nordea business with its customers. The team is represented by people across the Nordics and Poland. What you'll be doing Main responsibilities in this role: Act as a Senior IT developer in our SAP deliveries: Lead the technical design and implementation of SAP reporting and analytics solutions across the SAP landscape, supporting Finance and Accounting business processes. Drive the development and optimisation of SAP data models, reporting solutions and integrations, ensuring alignment with architecture standards and best practices. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Architects to shape requirements and define scalable technical solutions. Provide technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews, design reviews, solution governance and active participation in SAFe Agile ceremonies. Contribute to the future SAP S/4HANA reporting landscape, including CDS Views, PaPM, Embedded Analytics, Snowflake and Power BI. Who you are This is the right role for you if you are a hands-on developer who takes pride in clean, accurate development and thrive collaborating with others to reach success. Your background and skills include: Strong experience as an SAP developer working with reporting and data warehousing solutions, with expertise in one or more of the following areas: ABAP, BW, BPC or S/4HANA. Strong experience designing, developing and testing SAP solutions in complex enterprise environments. Strong SQL, data modelling and analytical problem-solving skills, and ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Proven experience acting as a technical lead, in an Agile delivery model using Scrum, SAFe and DevOps principles. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. It would be ideal if you also: Have experience with SAP S/4HANA reporting technologies such as CDS Views, PaPM and Embedded Analytics. Have knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite. Have experience defining reporting and analytics roadmaps across SAP and non-SAP platforms. Have knowledge of Finance, Accounting and regulatory reporting processes. What we offer Collaboration.
