Embedded Developer / Teamlead, Linux OS

We are looking for an experienced Senior Embedded Developer for one of our clients in Arninge/Stockholm. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate a Linux software development team. Plan and drive software deliveries and technical activities. Facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning activities. Monitor progress, identify risks, and communicate status to stakeholders. Collaborate closely with Program Management. Coordinate work with other disciplines, like Middleware Software, User Interface Software, Electronics, Verification & Validation Contribute as a senior software developer while leading the team. Competence/Experience – Mandatory Experience from minimum 10 years of experience in Embedded Linux development Strong programming skills in C Experience with Linux kernel development Device driver development experience Deep understanding of Linux-based embedded systems Experience with Git-based development workflows Experience with Yocto-based build environments Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines Proven ability to lead technical teams and coordinate complex software deliveries Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience using AI-assisted software development tools in daily engineering work English (verbal and writing) Competence/Experience – Optional Knowledge with ARM-based embedded platforms BSP (Board Support Package) development experience Experience from camera, sensor and imaging Experience with GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted code generation, automated testing, or agentic development workflows Experience with Zephyr RTOS Swedish (verbal and writing) Personality Excellent communication skills Work independently Work in teams Result oriented Analytic
