International Trainee - Property Development and Construction Management

I feel like we are the change the company wants to see.” Your role as a Trainee - Property Development and Construction Management You will join Property Development and Construction Management. We are involved in all phases of project development, from early-stage feasibility studies and planning to project execution and completion. Our focus is on managing and addressing construction-related issues throughout the development process to ensure successful project delivery. In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in and support feasibility studies, including meetings and activities aimed at enabling efficient project delivery. You will also gain experience in later project phases, working alongside Construction Managers on tasks such as cost control, contractor management, risk management, and other construction-related matters. This is an excellent opportunity to gain insight into the entire construction and development process and contribute throughout all project phases. Typical responsibilities may include participating in, and eventually supporting, Real Estate Developers in negotiations and project planning during the early stages of development. You will also assist Construction Managers in documenting project deficiencies and quality issues, and over time develop the ability to independently evaluate construction-related challenges and propose solutions under the guidance of experienced colleagues. Your responsibilities: Support Construction Managers with the documentation of construction-related defects and project issues Participate in technical drawing reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements and construction standards. Support real estate developers in managing construction-related matters during feasibility study phase and early-stage project development. Provide administrative support across construction and development projects Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to support efficient project delivery. Kravspecifikation Your qualifications as a Trainee - Property Development and Construction Management Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Urban Development and Infrastructure, or a related field. Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. You should also recognize yourself in You are comfortable navigating different perspectives and balancing the interests of multiple stakeholders. You are proactive, curious, and eager to take initiative while maintaining a humble attitude and a willingness to learn. You are open-minded and receptive to new ideas, while also able to make sound decisions when needed. You have strong communication and collaboration skills and enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams.
