You will work on systems that manage energy flexibility, integrating cutting-edge software solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability. You will collaborate with a high-performing, cross-functional team and guide them on their path towards finding a solution. You will help ensure system reliability, security, and performance through best coding practices and architecture decisions. What You’ll Do: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions for our energy platform. Work with technologies such as Go, AWS, IoT Core and Databricks. Build and optimize high-performance backend services and data processing pipelines as well as a fleet of IoT devices. Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers from across the organisation. Lead code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and mentoring other engineers. Be an active part of the culture, with focus on continuous improvement and technical and operational excellence. Who You Are: You have 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, working with backend development and distributed systems. Proficient in Go, with experience in designing scalable services and APIs. Hands-on experience with communication protocols such as MQTT, Modbus, and IEC104. Familiarity with AI development tools and practices as they evolve. Experience with modern DevOps principles such as CI/CD, IaC, and observability tooling like OpenTelemetry. Passionate about working on impactful projects that contribute to a sustainable future. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 📍 Location Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm, just a short walk from Slussen subway station.
