About this job

About the Role As a Full-Stack Developer, you'll join one of our development squads and help drive the evolution of our products. You'll work in a team that values collaboration, ownership, and mutual growth: supporting colleagues through code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and coaching, while evaluating new technologies to keep us efficient and scalable. Above all, you'll write code that raises the bar for what "good" looks like in our team. Our stack React / Next.js / Typescript / ShadCN Vercel Sanity.io Elasticsearch and Redis AWS/GCP What we're looking for 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer Strong hands-on experience with React / Next.js Comfort with REST APIs, GraphQL, and modern test frameworks Comfortable with AI coding tools (Claude, Codex, or similar) and the judgment to review their output critically rather than accept it at face value A positive, can-do attitude: someone who defaults to "yes, and here's how" rather than "no, because" A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of autonomous, dynamic teams Willingness to share knowledge and dive into unfamiliar technical or functional territory Genuine passion for building great products Nice to have:.NET Framework/.NET Core knowledge, Entity Framework and AWS cloud and serverless experience What we offer Hybrid working with a weekly day on site in Stockholm to meet your team, with flexibility around the rest Work with cutting-edge tech on a large scale, cloud hosted platform Real influence over system architecture decisions at a fast-growing company An international team spanning Stockholm and Sheffield, and colleagues worldwide Room to grow; seminars, knowledge sharing sessions, tech conferences, and hackathons Monday breakfasts, team lunches, Friday beers, and social events About Keystone Education Group At Keystone, you will be working with passionate, professional and high-performance individuals.
