As a Junior Helix Developer, you will build and configure solutions within BMC Helix. Supported by senior colleagues, you will create forms, automate workflows, and connect APIs. The role involves close collaboration with experienced colleagues to deliver high-quality IT services. Work tasks The role focuses on technical development and maintenance of the Remedy platform, supported by modern DevOps. Platform Configuration: Build forms and workflows in BMC Helix based on design patterns. System Integrations: Connect the platform with external tools. Troubleshooting & Testing: Identify and fix issues in solutions using testing tools. Documentation: Write clear configuration guides in the team's knowledge base. Quality & Learning: Participate in code reviews and learn IT operations frameworks. Teamwork: Collaborate closely with developers and architects in project management tools. We are looking for We are looking for someone with Experience with BMC Helix or similar AI-driven ITSM tools. Experience in software development. A University degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Fluent spoken and written English. Meritorious Knowledge/experience of APIs. Previous work experience in the field. Fluent spoken and written Swedish.
