Vi på Securitas letar just nu efter tvp gruppledare på natttid till kontoret i Västerås. Här kommer du tillsammans med övriga gruppledare och chefer att arbeta med att skapa rätt förutsättningar för våra medarbetare. I rollen arbetar du som väktare, men din främsta uppgift är att se till att ditt team har rätt förutsättningar att genomföra det dagliga arbetet på bästa möjliga sätt. Som gruppledare arbetar du på en schemarad som vi kallar 5:4 där tjänstgöring varannan helg förekommer. Genom ditt engagemang i teamet och tydligt ledarskap lägger du grund till väl sammansvetsade team.…
