Sales Director Sweden (Country Lead) Sverige - Distans The Company is an IT services and digital evolution partner. Their core services include: Custom Software & Product Development: Building tailored applications, digital supply chain tools, and custom data visualizations. Application Modernization & Cloud Solutions: Upgrading legacy systems and helping businesses migrate to or optimize cloud platforms. AI, Data, & Automation: Implementing machine learning, robotic process automation (RPA), and data analytics to optimize business workflows. Managed Operations & Cybersecurity: Providing ongoing IT support, system monitoring, and threat protection. They are an end-to-end IT partner. They do offer IT consulting and architecture design up front, but then their teams of over 1,200 developers, QA testers and cloud engineers actually build, deploy and run the software. Scale & stability: 1,200+ professionals; software engineering, consulting, architecture, QA, cloud, managed services, business analysis. Track record: 20+ years; ~95% of revenue from the DACH region today. Quality proof: NPS above 60 — well above industry norms. Direct line to leadership and solution-building teams. A local Industry Solutions Consultant will be hired alongside to partner on customer conversations and solution shaping — so the country lead isn't a solo act. Must-haves 5+ years B2B IT / technology services sales in Sweden. Demonstrable, personally-owned revenue growth record for a Swedish or Nordic business. Track record personally opening strategic enterprise deals in consulting / digital transformation / custom software / cloud / data & AI / SAP / Microsoft / managed services. Professional fluency in Swedish and English (Swedish is non-negotiable). MUST have experience in selling to manufacturing / industrial ecosystems. Genuine appetite for a greenfield / solo-start environment. Strongly preferred Experience selling a nearshore / offshore delivery model Prior market-entry or "first person on the ground" experience. Nice-to-have Existing C-level relationships at mid-cap and enterprise Swedish industrials. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
