Hos oss får du frihet under ansvar, korta beslutsvägar och nära kollegor med hög kompetens. Om rollen Som familjehemskonsulent är du familjehemmens närmaste stöd genom hela placeringen. Du handleder, stöttar och följer upp familjehemmen i deras dagliga uppdrag och fungerar som spindeln i nätet mellan familjehem, placerade barn, socialtjänst och övriga aktörer. Du ansvarar för ett antal placeringar och ser till att varje barn får en trygg, stabil och väl dokumenterad vård.
