As a Daily Service Leader you secure and contribute to a positive and excellent guest experience by serving high quality food and beverages. The role is equivalent to a Head Waiter with the responsibility of securing the daily operations in our restaurants. This means serving and preparing our food and beverage offer according to set routines and ways of working with high quality. You are also expected to be a strong contributor in the development of existing routines and ways of working setting new ones. You coach your colleagues in accordance and ensure all co-workers are up to date on ways of working, rules and regulations within food and beverages.…
