WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Investment Associate at H&M Group's New Growth & Ventures, you will help identify, evaluate, and support investments in the companies shaping the future of fashion and customer experience. You will work across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and due diligence to portfolio support, combining rigorous financial analysis with an outward-facing, relationship-driven approach.
