Are you interested in shaping how planning works across channels and ensuring that planning processes and tools truly support the business in an OMNI context? We're looking for a Business Expert in Planning to join the Synapps Planning team within Central Controlling. WHAT YOU'LL DO As Business Expert Planning, you will play a key role in strengthening and developing planning processes across Stores and OMNI. You will ensure that planning principles, processes and ways of working are clearly defined, understood and adopted across the organisation. Working closely with Retail Operations, Workforce Management, OMNI stakeholders, Business Tech teams and Market Controllers, you will help ensure our planning framework remains relevant, efficient and aligned with business needs.…
