As part of our team, you will be instrumental in procuring the right tools, processes, and structures for our sales force, ensuring their work is not just effective but also efficient. The pivotal function of this role includes identifying and implementing improvements within our sales structure to escalate customer satisfaction while enhancing business management. A key aspect of this role is fostering close and cooperative relationships within our sales and support teams across various market and business segments, with a focus on evolving our methods of operation, building on competence, and managing knowledge for customer success outcomes.
