ROLE PURPOSE The Candidate Experience team is part of TA Enablement, and the role combines three things: interview coordination, candidate experience and recruiting enablement. As a Candidate Experience Partner, you will own one hiring area end to end. You’ll keep interviews running smoothly, make sure every candidate and interviewer has a great experience, virtually and in person, and equip recruiters and interviewers with the guidelines, tools and automation to do their best work. You are the operational backbone that keeps recruiting fast without costing candidate experience.
