Job description: The role Our digitalization journey is transforming how we develop the competence of our co-workers, how we work internally, and how we interact with dealers across Europe and customers worldwide. As Digitalization Lead, you will set direction, build alignment and accelerate the delivery of digital improvements that create measurable business value. You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on delivery. You will challenge existing ways of working, translate complex business needs into clear digital priorities, and lead cross-functional collaboration from opportunity identification through implementation, adoption and value realization. You will be located in Gothenburg, Sweden and report to Head of Service Operations Development. What you will do Own and lead the digitalization roadmap for Service Operations Ghent & EU, governing priorities and execution in line with our strategic ambitions for 2030, Provide direction and thought leadership on digitalization, advising stakeholders on where technology can create the greatest business value and ensuring that initiatives support strategic objectives. Turn business needs into scalable digital opportunities by clarifying problems, scope, users, expected outcomes, dependencies, risks and value, and by guiding solution choices. Lead and facilitate digitalization networks and communities of practice across functions and locations. Set purpose and agenda, connect experts and stakeholders, enable knowledge sharing, align priorities and drive joint actions to completion. Build strong cross-functional partnerships across business stakeholders, Digitalization & IT, developers, data teams, automation teams and relevant Group functions. Build and govern a structured digitalization portfolio and pipeline, creating transparency of requests, initiatives, priorities, ownership, resources, dependencies, benefits and status. Explore, evaluate and apply technologies such as automation, data analytics, AI and machine learning, dashboards, applications and emerging digital capabilities. Guide the development and continuous improvement of digital solutions using technologies such as Python, Power BI, Databricks, Power Platform and automation tools, including testing, validation and implementation follow-up. Drive process standardization, automation and smarter ways of working through RPA, AI solutions and orchestration of digital assets. Enable access to the right data through collaboration with Digitalization & IT within SO&T and at Group level, while promoting sound data governance and responsible use of technology. Lead change and adoption by building engagement, strengthening digital capability and supporting leaders and teams in embedding new solutions and ways of working. Communicate roadmap priorities, progress, business value, risks and decisions through clear executive-level presentations, status updates and visualizations. Ready for the next move? Profile description:Who you are You are a lead digitalization professional who combines strategic perspective, business acumen and technical understanding. You are comfortable taking ownership in an evolving environment, creating structures where it is needed and influencing decisions across organizational boundaries. You bring people together around a shared direction and turn ideas into coordinated action. You communicate with clarity, build trust with senior and operational stakeholders, and balance ambition with pragmatic delivery. You are curious, inclusive and committed to enabling others to succeed. Required knowledge and experience An MSc in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Management or Logistics, or equivalent knowledge gained through proven experience. Significant experience leading digitalization, business transformation, process improvement or technology-enabled change in a complex organization. Proven ability to shape roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, establish governance and lead cross-functional delivery from idea to adoption and value realization. Experience leading networks, communities of practice or cross-functional forums, with the ability to create alignment, mobilize contributors and drive decisions and actions.
