Mission statement A government agency in the communications sector is looking for a resource for its janitorial office. The caretaker will belong to the unit for property and documentation and be part of a smaller working group with responsibility for premises-related issues. The workplace is located at the authority's head office in Stockholm. Working hours: weekdays 8:00–17:00. The janitor has an important function in the daily operation of the office to run smoothly. The tasks include handling simple orders (both outgoing and incoming), filling and cleaning coffee machines, as well as replenishing consumables in various storage rooms. The role may include lifting and carrying heavy or bulky objects, as well as handling and assembling office equipment. Requirements (must-requirements): Good knowledge of Swedish, in speech and writing Work experience in similar tasks, such as repairs, maintenance and furnishing of offices, goods orders, work with access control systems or similar Basic knowledge of the Office suite Meritorious (should-requirements): Experience with AV technology from a service perspective, e.g. simple troubleshooting Experience of working in case management systems Experience of working in a government agency Experience of working in an emergency preparedness authority Personal qualities: Solution-oriented Collaborative Social Client: A government agency in the communications sector Scope: Consulting assignments Location: Stockholm, on site Start: By agreement
