We’re now looking for a new member to join our team. Are you the one? Najell is looking for an action-oriented performance marketer to join our Marketing team in Lund. This role calls for a proactive person with strong ownership, energy, and the drive to deliver measurable commercial impact. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels, working closely with the whole organization to translate visibility into meaningful growth. You bring A data-driven and analytical mindset, with an understanding of how to use data and insights to drive results in paid campaigns. Hands-on experience executing, and managing digital campaigns across channels, such as search. Higher-level education and/or proven experience in marketing, performance, or analytics. A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to take initiative, maintain momentum, and drive initiatives through to completion. 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field. Job description Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance, gather insights, and continuously optimize for growth. Identify KPIs and success metrics to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad materials, videos, and product-focused content informed by performance data and insights. Turn data and insights into clear recommendations that help the wider organization make informed decisions and achieve sustainable, profitable growth.
