In this role, you will drive implementation and technical project management, leading multiple customer projects while maintaining speed, precision and the highest of quality. You will collaborate daily with customers, developers and partners, translating needs into action and innovation into delivery. Take ownership of translating requirements into smart, scalable solutions that meet business- and customer needs. Lead test management to ensure every delivery meets the highest quality standards. Manage customer projects from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and successful delivery. Drive internal improvements that enhance our ways of working and create better outcomes. You act with purpose and you make an impact on a global scale. Several years of experience as an application specialist. Solid understanding of software implementation or development. Strong business acumen, a solution-focused mindset. Knowledge of SQL, is considered a merit.A true team player with strong collaboration skills. Takes ownership, drives projects and thrives in a self-led environment. Clear and confident communicator who leads with insight. Naturally curious, proactive and solution-oriented. Energized by customer interactions and driving dialogues. Passionate about supply chain, IT and digital business. Experienced in a similar role or tech-facing position, experience as a software developer is a plus. Holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, logistics/supply chain, innovation or equivalent experience.
