About the role In this role, you will focus on paid social, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive growth, optimize performance, and strengthen the brand’s presence across multiple international markets. We believe you have:A few years of experience within Paid Social and performance marketing Strong hands-on experience across relevant paid social platforms The ability to combine strategy and analysis with operational execution A commercial and data-driven mindset Experience working with international markets is highly advantageous Experience within content management is a plus You will join an entrepreneurial and fast-growing environment with strong international ambitions. Contact & recruitment processThe recruitment process is managed by E-commerce Recruit, specialists in recruitment and executive search within e-commerce, digital marketing, and digital commerce. We use a competency-based selection process where experience, ways of working, and the specific requirements of the role are assessed together. The process includes interviews with E-commerce Recruit as well as interviews with our client. Towards the final stages of the process, personality and logical reasoning assessments will also be conducted.
