We're looking for a Team Lead for Netlight's Platform team — the AI and developer-platform layer that every builder at Netlight relies on daily. You'll lead a team of engineers, own the reliability and evolution of that platform end to end, and give the team real space to push the developer experience work it's most excited about. The Role At Netlight, “Team Lead” is a defined role: you lead the team with a mix of Engineering Manager responsibilities (people health, tech health, and business impact) and Product Manager ones (problem discovery, stakeholder management, prioritization). You set direction and remove blockers day to day; goals, budget envelopes, and hiring decisions are set together with the Head of Tech, whom you’ll report directly to.…
