THE ROLE Few companies at this stage have this much to design and build at once, and at scale! Rapid geographic expansion and the establishment of multiple legal entities place demands on our People function to keep pace. As a People Operations Specialist, you'll execute and continuously improve the operational processes that power every stage of the employee lifecycle as we grow. Reporting to the People Operations & People Program Lead, you'll work hands-on across Legora's core People function, partnering closely with People Partners, People Tech, Payroll, Legal and Finance.
