The Role As Design Director for our Scaling Engagement product area, you will own the experience that helps teams and whole organisations get lasting value from Mentimeter, well beyond the moment of the session itself. This is a role for a design leader who sets direction by shaping the work, not only by managing it. You will join a product company at a pivotal moment. Mentimeter has become very good at creating a great engagement in the moment. The hardest and most valuable design problems now sit in what comes after: turning that engagement into results people act on, insight that holds over time, and lasting value across an organisation. That is the problem this area owns, and it is one of the least solved in our space.…
