Ski Lift Operators

We are looking for Lift Operators for the 2026/2027 winter season. We are recruiting full-time employees. Throughout the winter, we welcome thousands of enthusiastic skiers to our resort and work hard to ensure they have a great experience. We operate 12 different ski lifts that transport our guests throughout the resort. As a Lift Operator, you will assist guests in boarding and disembarking from our lifts safely and efficiently. The role includes daily lift inspections, basic maintenance tasks, snow clearing, and the installation and maintenance of safety fencing and signage. Lift Operators are part of the ski resort's rescue and emergency response team. Applicants should therefore be in good physical condition and comfortable working at heights. Previous experience from other ski resorts is an advantage but not required, as full training will be provided. You should be able to work independently while also being a reliable team player.
