The opportunity As a Digital Design Capability Architect/Lead, you will play a key role in establishing and evolving Hitachi Energy's Digital Design Capability across engineering domains including CAD, Electronic Design, BIM, and related engineering tools. The role focuses on creating an integrated engineering ecosystem enabled by a strong digital thread connecting design tools, PLM platforms, engineering data, and downstream business processes. You will work closely with engineering teams, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to define standards, improve engineering processes, establish reusable design frameworks, and drive adoption of modern digital engineering practices.
